Reiki healing involves no physical contact. Acupressure and reflexology involve contact on various body parts that include back, head, arms, legs and torso. Reflexology will also involve contact with the palms, face and feet. Tantric insertion services are currently unavailable. All healing sessions involve use with an ORA crystal, crystal eggs and/or traditional acupressure crystal, you are welcome to choose as you feel comfortable. It is recommended to wear light comfortable clothing and little jewelry.
